I have seen some recipes that call for .25oz of ecah of the 5 whites. No wonder this drink is rumoured to originate on the east coast - .25oz?? - WQ! If you are going to make a drink - then make a drink.
1 oz. Cuervo Especial Gold
1 oz. gin
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Captain Morgan
1 oz. triple sec
3 oz. sweet and sour mix
1 oz. cola - this is just for effect
1 wedge lemon (optional)
Add Cuervo Especial Gold, gin, vodka, spiced rum, triple sec, and sweet and sour mix in an ice-filled collins glass and stir.
Top with cola.
Garnish with lemon wedge (optional). |

3 oz. Captain Morgan
1.5 oz. dark rum
3 oz. passion fruit
3 oz. mango juice
2 oz. sweet and sour mix
1 wheel lime(s)
Add spiced Rum, dark rum, passion fruit or mango juice, and sweet and sour mix.
Shake and pour into crushed ice-filled hurricane glass or other specialty glass.
Garnish with lime wheel. |

.5 tsp. grenadine
1 slice pineapple - I usually skip this and save it for my pizza
In a shaker half filled with ice, add gin, triple sec, pineapple juice, and grenadine.
Shake well and pour into old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with pineapple slice. |

.5 oz. lime juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
1 slice lemon (optional)
Add spiced rum, triple sec, lime juice, and pineapple juice into a tall ice-filled glass and stir well.
Garnish with lemon slice, if desired.

Ahh - yes. This one came to me in a dream. 3rd hole par 5 that I just made into a par 6 with a banana drive and boy was I thirsty.
12 oz glass
fill with ice
2 oz. Captain Morgan
Fill with half ice tea and lemonade
Go ahead use the pre-made stuff from the jug - it's not bad, or even go with the raspberry tea. It's not for me, but rumour as it that small men and girls like it. |
